Who are we?

India Association of Long Island (IALI) is a 37-year-old, non- political, non-profit 501(C)(3), cultural and secular community organization that represents and promotes the heritage of the people from the Indian sub-continent who now live on Long Island and its vicinity.

IALI organizes year-round events like Valentine’s Day Dinner & Dance, the Spring Festival of colors – Holi, Annual Dinner and Dance, Summer Picnic, India Fest, and Diwali – the Festival of Lights in the Fall, and engages in fund raising for needy causes and food donation. For the benefit of seniors and women, every month, relevant educational and cultural programs are held. With over 1400 members, IALI is the largest and rapidly growing Indian organization on Long Island.
