Welcome to IALI

India Association of Long Island (IALI) was formed in 1978, it is a non-political, non-profit 501(C)(3), cultural and secular community organization that represents and promotes the heritage of the people from the Indian sub-continent who now live on Long Island and its vicinity.

IALI organizes year-round events like Valentine’s Day Dinner and Dance, the Spring Festival of colors – Holi, Annual Fund Raising Function, Summer Picnic, India Fest, and Diwali – the Festival of Lights in the Fall, and engages in fund raising for needy causes and food donation. For the benefit of seniors and women, every month, relevant educational and cultural programs are held. With over 2000 members, IALI is the largest and rapidly growing Indian organization on Long Island.
